🤖 AI Transparency and Data Handling Policy

At Broken Line Management, we use artificial intelligence (“AI”) responsibly to enhance our services while maintaining human oversight and ethical integrity.

1. Purpose

Our AI tools assist in talent analysis, brand alignment, contract optimisation, and performance insights. They do not replace human decision-making; they augment it.

2. Human Oversight

All AI outputs are reviewed by qualified professionals before any commercial or contractual action is taken. We maintain accountability for all decisions made using AI-assisted insights.

3. Data Sources

AI tools process data that is:

  • Publicly available (e.g., social media metrics, sponsorship data).

  • Provided voluntarily by our clients or partners.

  • Anonymised and aggregated where possible.

4. Data Privacy

We do not use AI systems that sell or monetise user data. All AI processing adheres to GDPR and internal confidentiality standards.

5. Bias and Fairness

We continuously review AI systems for bias and accuracy. We select platforms that prioritise fairness, transparency, and explainability.

6. Client Rights

Clients and represented talent may request information about how AI is used in decisions affecting their representation, and may opt out of certain automated analytics where feasible.
